First you apply, then there's a quick phone or video chat. After that, you might have an in-person or virtual interview, maybe some tests or tasks, and then they'll let you know if they're offering you the job.
The interview process was pretty straightforward. We had two assessments: one online and the second one in person at a center. After that, there was a panel interview and then an interview with top management. If everything went well, they'd send a mail for medical checks.
I applied and waited a few days to get shortlisted. After being shortlisted, I had to take an aptitude test to ensure I was a good fit. Then, I had a preliminary interview with HR, followed by the main interview with the customer service team. Finally, I interviewed with management before receiving an offer. It was a long but successful process.
