Candidate-reported interview process

It was a really well-rounded interview process with several leaders, including my potential direct supervisor. They were professional but kept things relaxed. We discussed who I am, my motivation for hospice nursing, my definition of good leadership, and what support I need to thrive.

we look at your resume and application and pick out the ones that fit. then we do a first interview with you, maybe by phone, email, or video call, to see if you have the skills and are a good fit for the job.

Usually a one-on-one with the supervisor and then maybe two people asking questions at once. It's great if you're super flexible, ready to travel, and can work a lot of hours.
