The interviewer was responsive to questions, though perhaps a bit rushed, making it feel like she had limited time. I was hoping to get more details about the role and any associated benefits.
The interview process was smooth overall. The hiring manager was personable and easy to talk with, and the recruiter was communicative and informative throughout the initial stages. My recruiter screening went well, and I progressed to the stage where the position was pending leadership approval. Unfortunately, I was later informed that leadership decided to close the requisition and the role would no longer be filled. While I understand business needs can change, I was disappointed as I was very interested in the opportunity and felt my experience aligned well with the position and team.
I first talked to a recruiter who did an initial interview and gave a basic overview of the company. Then I had my first interview over Teams with two co-managers. They seemed really focused on whether I understood the home health environment. They were very nice. The next interviews would have been with the VP and director.
