Candidate-reported interview process

First, I had a 30-minute phone chat with a recruiter. Then, I met with a team lead or manager who told me about the day-to-day stuff. After that, I interviewed with the VP of Sales. Everyone was really nice and happy to talk about their jobs and what they're looking for.

Applied online and heard back in a week. Had a phone call with recruiter Nicole P. She asked me to go over my experience. She concluded I wasn't qualified for the AE role I applied for, but mentioned talking about an SDR position. I've been an SDR and am currently in an AM role, hence applying for AE jobs. She said she didn't want to waste my time but ended up doing just that by calling about a role I didn't apply for.

I had a call with the VP of Sales, then I did a live demo of a software product that I picked out, and then I had a short call with the CEO.
