Had two great interviews for the VP, People position, only to be ghosted when it was time to schedule an interview with the CEO. After emailing and getting a response they were definitely interested, I was ghosted and never heard from them again. Totally unprofessional and not someplace I want to work if they treat senior level candidates like this.
The interview process was really well organised and punctual. Everyone was transparent about the next steps. The panel was friendly and open to questions.
I went through 2 rounds of interviews. The first was with someone from their talent or HR team in Australia. After that, the second round was with the Manager of the BDR team. Unfortunately, I didn't move past the second round.
