Candidate-reported interview process
The interview process is typically about an hour long. The HR interviewer seemed to have a know-it-all attitude and didn't seem open to learning anything new. Then, in the second round, the senior manager was very rude and seemed offended when I questioned anything about the ACCA company, acting as if everyone should know about it. They seemed to have a lot of attitude.
Had a couple of rounds for this role. It included a task, and I met lots of potential colleagues who were all very kind. The questions focused on skills, competency, and values.
The process was highly unprofessional. They extort confidential information from you first before determining if you're the right candidate. How deceitful. SMH. The interviewers are actually your team mates in the first few stages. No HR presence.
