It was an open day event. The interview went smoothly with a few unexpected questions. I didn't answer well so I didn't make it through. They showed us the office and talked about how employees work, and then I left. It was a very quick and easy day.
The people I talked to were friendly and professional. They asked me a bunch of questions about my qualifications, skills, and if I was a good fit. They also asked about my experience, how I solve problems, and my people skills.
The interview process involved some pretty standard questions. They asked about times I'd made an impact, how I get my team motivated generally, and specifically how I motivate both the top performers and the ones who are just average. There was also a question about my knowledge of the ACCA. Mostly, it was about sales and motivation.
