I gave my resume to a recruiter at a college job fair. About a month after that, an HR manager called me on my cell. They asked some basic stuff, like what would make me good for this job and why I want to work for the company. After that short call, they asked if I could come in for an in-person interview in two weeks. The in-person interview involved a bunch of 1:1 chats with senior management. Senior management gave me a really good vibe about the company, and it seems like a great work culture there.
I had a panel interview with three managers. They asked me about how I'd handle financial situations. The interview went pretty well, and everyone was nice. It seemed like they were mostly looking for culture fit and then testing how I'd handle different scenarios.
You had several interviews with people from different departments. It started with one-on-one conversations, and if they liked you, you would go back and meet with groups of 2-3 people in different rooms.
