The hiring manager reached out to set up an interview. It was super straightforward, and I got the job right away. They asked me a bunch of questions about my work habits and what I'd done before. They also asked what I thought I should make per hour.

It was a very laid back interview. The hiring manager was really upfront and honest with me. No need to be nervous at all. They asked standard questions about the specific department you're applying for.

I filled out the online application. A couple days later, the HR guy called me with some basic questions about my availability, if I was still looking for jobs, and if I had transportation. We then scheduled a time for me to come in and meet with a manager. They said business casual was appropriate for the interview. I was asked a few basic customer service questions and why I thought I'd be good for the job. They told me the salary and asked if I wanted the job, and I said yes.
