Candidate-reported interview process

It was a hiring event. The people were professional and welcoming. They asked all the right questions. I was hired on the spot. They explained the role and the company in detail. The workplace seemed friendly and very well organized.

It was a pretty simple interview process, only one zoom meeting that lasted about 15-20 minutes. I spoke with the supervisor and the Director, and maybe one other person. It was a very straightforward interview.

They asked me questions about my character, my prior experience, and my shelter experience. They also asked about my writing skills and if I knew about CARES. Finally, they asked if I could handle difficulties when they occurred.
