Candidate-reported interview process

It was a hiring event. The people were professional and welcoming. They asked all the right questions. I was hired on the spot. They explained the role and the company in detail. The workplace seemed friendly and very well organized.

The interview experience was quite nice, and I felt like the interviewer really heard me. We talked a lot about how to mentor and support employees who want to grow in their careers and making sure they have the resources they need to succeed.

They started by giving me background about the company, then they asked questions about my past experience. The interview was nice and straight to the point. It seems the leadership knows what they want to do.
