Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was really quick and easy. Started with a recruiter call, then a chat with the hiring director. It felt more like a conversation than a typical interview.

A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. Overall, the experience was nice and I felt a good connection with everyone I spoke with. I had four rounds, although three is more typical: first, a meeting with the recruiter; second, a general interview with my future manager; third, a technical interview with a partner; and fourth, an onsite meeting with the department head.

It was a technical interview with several partners. After my technical expertise was vetted, significant time was spent on assessing my fit from a cultural standpoint. I really appreciated the amount of rigor to ensure it was a good fit.
