Candidate-reported interview process

I had a discussion with some team members about the role. They asked me about documentation and processes I've worked with before. They were pretty open about the company and what the job entails. I'd say it was a standard interview, not super hard but not super easy.

The interview process was long and took place over 4 months. The first round was a quick phone interview to get to know me and the position. The second round included another phone interview with two people and a logic question. The last round was an in-person interview which included a writing portion. The process was very professional and transparent until the last round. I was unable to get a timeline of when to expect to hear back from them and then they took to ignoring me after I didn't hear back either way a month after my interview. It ended up leaving a bad taste in my mouth for the company.

Got an email within a week that invited me to interview. The interview was done using the Sonru pre-recorded interview system. I had to video-record my answers. Written questions would pop up on the screen for a couple of minutes before I could choose to make a recording, and I could stop it before the time was up if I wanted to.
