After chatting with a recruiter, I was invited to Glenview for my in-person interview. First, I talked to a woman who told me I'd be up next for an interview with a group panel. There were about 4 people on the panel, and one of them did most of the talking. They asked me various questions, all while observing my body language and how quickly I responded. They really stressed how important pristine customer service is, and after about 8 minutes, I went back to talk with the first woman again to wrap up the interview process.
I had a recruiter call first, then I went to Glenview for my in-person interview. It was a chill get-to-know-you session with HR and some managers, even one of the owners. They were all super nice and made me feel really comfortable, no need to be stressed.
