The interview process took a while, over a month for me. I went through three interview stages but didn't get an offer. It started with HR from the shared hub, after an aptitude and personality test. The first interview had basic questions. Then, I had a second interview with the executive producer. I had to prepare a pitch beforehand. The interviewer wanted to gauge if I was outgoing, independent, and ready to work late hours. After a long wait, I got called for a third interview. It turned out they were considering me for a different role, multimedia producer. I had to do a hands-on exam for it. Weeks went by and I didn't hear back from the recruiter despite trying to reach them.

First there was an exam, then an interview with HR. The exam tested vocabulary, basic math like fractions, decimals, and percentages, reading comprehension, and abstract reasoning skills. After finishing the exam, you'd get a call for the HR interview.
