It's a standard recruitment process. First, you submit your documents. Then there's an initial interview, followed by tests that are specific to the job you applied for. You can expect to hear back about the results on the same day or the next day. After that, there's a second round of interview, and then a panel interview. If all goes well, you'll get an employment offer.
Since I was already working there, I just had to apply for the HR Officer position. Management interviewed me, mostly to check if my knowledge, skills, attitude, and interest were a good fit for the job.
The interview process was pretty smooth and organized, making things feel comfortable but still professional. The questions they asked were spot on for the job, really well-thought-out, and made sure they checked out what each person could do, their skills, and if they were a good fit. It seems like they're serious about finding the right people for the role.
