Abrigo Software Engineer interviews, decoded.

It was a pretty standard process for a software engineer role. The team I met with was really nice and easy to talk to. The technical interviews weren't too difficult. There were 4 parts in total, and the last interview went for about 3 hours.

Had 3 rounds, pretty simple. First was a coding test online. Second, I chatted with the hiring manager. Then, a virtual onsite with the team for the third round. The whole thing wasn't too hard and could actually go faster if you wanted.

So I had this initial chat with a recruiter, lasted about 30-40 mins. We covered my background, why I'm job hunting, tech skills, education, etc. It seemed to go okay. Then they hit me with a coding challenge, four hours max. It was pretty long, but I got it done. I finished all the problems, but I think I missed a test case on two of them, which tanked my score way more than I expected. I figured a real person would look at it and see it was a tiny mistake. But nope, I just got ghosted. No reply, no rejection, nothing. Total waste of a Saturday, seriously. Some companies just don't respect developer time.
