Candidate-reported interview process

So there were three interviews in total. First, a 30 minute HR phone screen. Then, a 30 minute phone screen with higher level management. Finally, a 2 hour interview with three managers, each lasting 30 minutes. This was followed by a mock presentation to the management team, about 10-15 minutes, with a Q&A afterwards.

It was a round robin style interview with about six different people from that department and similar roles. Each person had about 20 minutes to ask you four questions from a set list.

The interview process involved meeting with the local team and senior leadership over a few days. The first meeting was on Zoom, and the subsequent ones were in person. The interviewers were friendly, but the overall process felt a little quirky.
