The process started with a recruiter call, followed by a chat with the hiring manager. Then there was a virtual onsite with 3 rounds: one for DS&A, a system design round, and an AI coding round. The final round was with the VP of engineering. Everyone was really nice and helpful, guiding me when I had questions. I received a very competitive offer (salary and equity) which I accepted. After accepting, I had an onsite to meet the team.
It was a pretty standard interview process. I first got contacted via LinkedIn. It started with a recruiter screening, then a call with the hiring manager. After that, there was a 4-part round that included technical and behavioral questions, and finally, I spoke with upper engineering leadership. The whole thing wrapped up in about 2 weeks.
A Technical Recruiter reached out to me and emailed me multiple times about an interview. I accepted, but after the interview, they completely ghosted me, not even sending a rejection email. It was a terrible experience.
