The process started with a recruiter call, followed by a chat with the hiring manager. Then there was a virtual onsite with 3 rounds: one for DS&A, a system design round, and an AI coding round. The final round was with the VP of engineering. Everyone was really nice and helpful, guiding me when I had questions. I received a very competitive offer (salary and equity) which I accepted. After accepting, I had an onsite to meet the team.
I had an initial screening with Andy Aguiar for the technical sourcer position. Then, Jocelyn Stewart set me up for an interview with Robin Omeryar, a senior recruiter. The interview with Robin went really well, but after that, I heard absolutely nothing back. I reached out to all three of them multiple times via email looking for an update, but nobody bothered to reply or even send a rejection.
The interview involved both behavioral and technical questions. They asked me to solve LeetCode easy and medium problems and also go over my take-home assessment. I also had to answer follow-up questions related to the take-home assessment during the behavioral part.
