Abodewell Interview Questions

It was a pretty thorough interview process that spanned about two days. There were several different phone interviews and then face-to-face interviews with people from different departments. They really wanted to check if I was a good culture fit and if I could solve problems, especially since it's a startup environment where duties can be demanding and change often.

I applied online and first got a data challenge. It had 7 questions covering coding, sql, probability calculation, and prediction. After that, I had a phone interview that was mostly behavioral questions. Unfortunately, I got rejected after that stage.

I applied online and the first step was a call with their head of product, which I think went well. Then I got a take-home assignment that was pretty open-ended and a lot of work. I didn't get much feedback, but it was a demanding assignment. About a week and a half after that, I was rejected. I get they wanted to see creativity with the open-endedness, but it's bold for a small, not-well-known company to ask for so much.
