Candidate-reported interview process

So the interview process went like this: first there was an initial round with HR, then a technical round, followed by a managerial discussion, and finally a final discussion. This whole thing repeated 3 times.

I applied in the first week of March 2020 and got an email on March 30th for an interview a week later. Two senior managers interviewed me at different times. The first interview was with a man and lasted 30 minutes. The second interview was with a woman and lasted almost an hour. Both said they would get back to me in a week, but I never heard from them. I sent several emails but never got a response.

It was a one-on-one meeting with the department manager and an IT colleague. Topics regarding people, processes, and technology were discussed. The manager and colleague focused a lot on the person and their personal development.
