Candidate-reported interview process

First, they checked my CV, cover letter, and grades. Then, I had to pass some online tests: numerical, verbal, and inductive reasoning, with a minimum score of 70. Finally, there were two 45-minute interviews with a total of four interviewers, covering motivation and technical aspects.

after cv screening you need to do an online cognitive test. If you pass the test you will be invited to the office for an interview. The interview has two rounds in one set. The first round is more behavioural and they asked about motivations. The second round is more technical and they asked about corporate finance questions in M&A. One day after the interview they told me the decision.

After sending CV and cover letter and passing an online assessment, I was invited for 2 interviews, each lasting 45 minutes. In each interview, there were two people from the corporate finance division.
