Had two 45min interviews back to back online, with a 15 min break in between. One was technical and the other was motivational. Interestingly, the motivational part seemed more important than the technical part (about 80% motivational vs 20% technical). The decision was communicated just a few hours later, which I didn't think was ideal.

The interview process starts with online assessments, including an IQ test for abstract reasoning and a personality test. After that, there are two interviews, each lasting 45 minutes: one is motivational and the other is technical. For the technical interview, you should be well-versed in accounting and have some understanding of the bank and its past M&A deals.

The interview process was quick and quite nice. It felt like they really wanted to understand your motivations and why you're interested in working at ABN. The interviewers seemed to look past just your experience, but you should definitely be up-to-date with financial news. The questions asked were pretty much what I expected, no big shocks.
