Candidate-reported interview process
The process had 6 steps. First, a recruiter call. Second, a chat with the hiring manager. Third, a use case to solve. Then, a presentation of that use case. Finally, two more interviews with higher managers.
It was a 3-stage process. The first round was a casual chat and included some statistical brain teasers that felt a bit last-minute. Then there was a take-home assignment focused on time series modeling. The final round was with HR, and it was pretty standard.
Applied with my resume and a motivation letter. First, I took an IQ test covering numerical, verbal, and inductive reasoning, which I passed. Then, I was given a case study focused on Machine Learning, and I did really well on it.
