Candidate-reported interview process

The focus is on output rather than knowledge. The initial assessment is general and purely focused on output. The assessment has no connection to the candidate's future role.

I had an onsite interview at the headquarters in Amsterdam with two relatively senior employees from the same department. Everything was fine, no strong opinion about it. They were nice people, nothing to complain about.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. It's a good idea to be aware of current market trends and explain your interest in the oil & gas industry. Overall, the interviewers were direct and didn't ask many technical questions. I think they focus more on whether you're a good culture fit.
