The interview process involved a ridiculous take-home coding test. The scope was inappropriate, asking to write an authentication service using vanilla Python without any packages, within a two-hour time limit. They didn't review my submission or offer any feedback, just sent a generic rejection. When I asked for feedback, they said they had too many candidates. This corporate laziness or greed is disrespectful. The advertised salaries were also significantly below market value. I wouldn't recommend interviewing here unless you don't value your time.
It was a multi-stage process. Started with my application, then a take-home technical challenge, and then a full day of interviews with different teams. It took over 5 months from when I applied to when I started.
So first, I had to do this coding assignment thing at home, which was kinda neat cuz I could use whatever language I wanted. Then, I had a technical review session with some of the team members. The final part was a whole day of pair programming, also with the team.
