The process was well-organized and communication was clear. The interview itself was very pleasant, the questions were related to my experiences and the advertised position. The interviewers were open and also answered my questions thoroughly. A positive experience.
I had 3 Zoom interviews with different colleagues from the region I would be working in. They sent a Miro board link for an assignment, which I had to prepare and then present briefly during one of the Zoom calls.
The interview process involved a ridiculous take-home coding test. The scope was inappropriate, asking to write an authentication service using vanilla Python without any packages, within a two-hour time limit. They didn't review my submission or offer any feedback, just sent a generic rejection. When I asked for feedback, they said they had too many candidates. This corporate laziness or greed is disrespectful. The advertised salaries were also significantly below market value. I wouldn't recommend interviewing here unless you don't value your time.
