Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process had two parts. First, a 30-minute behavioral interview that didn't focus much on my resume or technical abilities. Second, a 30-minute technical interview that included whiteboarding brain teasers, programming tasks, and system design problems.

It was a chill interview, the person interviewing me was pretty cool and supportive. They asked me about stuff on my resume, and also threw in some behavioral questions. They asked about what I'm good at and not so good at, and how I handle disagreements with coworkers.

I went through two rounds of interviews for this role. It was mostly behavioral questions, and then they also did a technical deep dive into my past projects. I ended up talking to three different people in total. The whole process felt pretty relaxed and straightforward.
