Candidate-reported interview process

I had an on-site interview where I met with HR, two engineers, and the hiring manager. We talked about the company's future and culture. They asked good questions and gave me insights into working here. The interviewers were clearly passionate about the company's mission and growth, and it seemed like they really value employee development.

The company is super cautious, with interviews mainly happening in a conference room near the lobby or in the HR area. You don't see the actual product until after the second interview. It wasn't until the third interview that I got to tour the facility.

I went through three interviews in total. The first one was with HR, the second with the hiring manager, and the last one was an in-person interview with the department director, another manager, and a team member. They always let me know what the next step would be and gave me some details, like the names and positions of the interviewers.
