It was a pretty standard process with 4 steps. Started with HR over the phone, then a Teams meeting where they asked about my interests, and the final two interviews were technical.
the mangerial interview was really short, like 15 min. the interviewer seemed uninterested, asking just a few definition questions about c#. when I started to talk about my projects, he cut me off after 10 seconds, saying he was in a hurry. it was a really bad interview experience.
The interview was easy, professional, and efficient. It was a structured interview that delved into my international experience, the operational side of the job, my motivation for moving to a new culture and mindset, and my adaptability. We also touched on strategic thinking, competitive knowledge, and market benefits.
