Candidate-reported interview process

I had an excel assessment (easy). Then a case interview (not too difficult). The final round was a behavioral interview (standard behaviorals), which was around 3-4 weeks ago. Still waiting to hear back.

The interview process had 4 steps: a screener, some assessments, interviews with 3 team members, and then a meeting with a Director. The first 3 steps went well, but then the HR contact kept dropping the ball. They missed 2 meetings and then failed to schedule a meeting with the director.

First, there was a phone screening interview, which was pretty easy. Then, I had to do an Excel assessment, also quite simple. Finally, there was a case interview, which was a bit more challenging. It's crucial to be well-prepared for the case interview.
