Candidate-reported interview process

I was contacted by a recruiter, and then we had a phone screen. After that, I interviewed with someone on another team. Finally, I met with the hiring managers and the head of the department.

Had a really promising call with the recruiter and then did an excel test. After a week of no response even after I followed up, the recruiter told me there was a file issue and asked me to resend it. I did, but then never heard anything back. It was super disappointing. I emailed her two more times with no reply. I was never officially rejected, which also meant I couldn't reapply.

there is a 4-step interview process: a 10 min call, then an excel assignment, then a case study and lastly a behavioral interview. each about 30-60min long
