I had a phone screen with the recruiter, then a video call with the VP, and finally an in-person meeting with the VP and CHRO. The whole process was very straightforward and they made a quick decision. The recruiter was really proactive and helped me get ready.

I was contacted by Tristeon Moore, the recruiter, on LinkedIn. We had an initial phone screen, followed by several interviews, including two visits to the AAA office. Tristeon Moore was a big reason I decided to join AAA. He was really professional, knew a lot about the company even though he'd only been there 5 months. I was impressed by his knowledge. He was always available if I had questions and was quick to respond and a good listener, which is rare in recruiting nowadays. It was a great experience overall, largely due to Tristeon Moore.
