The AAA smart home technical support interview process starts with a recruiter screening. Then, there are technical questions, customer scenario questions, and troubleshooting steps. The focus is on your communication and empathy skills, as well as problem-solving abilities. They also asked about previous experience and how I solved problems.
I got a call from the recruiter, then had a virtual interview with some personality questions. I didn't hear back after the virtual interview, so I'd say do your best and prepare well for that one.
