The interview was conducted with great care, covering technical and professional aspects, and problem-solving skills, with an excellent interview process. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly, they let me talk about my personal experience and what I think of A2A.
First an initial phone call with HR, then a remote interview with HR and the maintenance manager, followed by an in-person meeting with the HR director, the maintenance manager, and the plant manager. It was a tough process and they seemed to downplay candidates.
First, there was a self-recorded video interview to get to know each other. They asked general questions about education, expectations, and motivation. You had to use specific software to record your audio and video answers to send them to the recruiters. After that, there was a technical interview for the specific position.
