First, there was a call. Then, a Teams call and an in-person interview with the manager and the person in charge. The manager and the person in charge seemed very professional, and they went into detail about the job opportunity.
As written on the website, the first step is a phone call, then a technical introductory interview, and finally an in-person meeting (I had to travel from Rome to Milan, but they reimburse the travel expenses) with the area manager and the HRBP.
The interview process had 3 steps. The first step was with HR and included a technical interview. The final step was with the head of the function, who asked about my reasons for changing roles and my motivations for this specific role. I did not receive an offer.
