The HR and line manager will interview you together, with easy questions. You just need to actively show your work experience and portfolio, and show your passion to work and the company. They are more focused on work discipline and attitude.

It was a clear and simple process. The interviewer seemed to know what they were looking for, and it felt like a conversation. They followed up quickly. The scope of the job seemed a bit large for the salary and title.

The interview process involved 4 rounds. It started with a video call, followed by an online group discussion. Then, there was a face-to-face assessment center, and finally a panel interview. The panel interview focused on ideas about employee branding, sustainability, and brand marketing. They also wanted to know about my personality.
