The whole process was really smooth and well organized. The recruiter was helpful and kept things on track. Although I didn't get the job, the recruiter got back to me quickly with some really good feedback.
It started with a 30 min phone chat to get the hiring context. Then I had an interview with 2 team leads where I presented my portfolio and a case study. This part was about 1 to 1.5 hrs. Lastly, there was a confirmation with the HR Manager.
The interview process starts with a friendly welcome, followed by some questions and good talks. Candidates get to show off what they can do, and we're looking for the best match. We're hoping to build connections that could lead to future success and teamwork.
