I applied about a week ago and had my interview a week after. The interview was virtual. They want to see if I'm a good fit. I'm hoping for a second interview.
I had an initial phone interview for the role, which was handled by a third-party recruiter called The Hire Method. It seemed to go well, and they said I'd be set up for a second interview. However, after not hearing back for a bit, I reached out, but got no reply. I tried again a few weeks later, but was still ignored.
I had 2 video interviews in just one week. The first one was a 30-minute chat with a recruiter. The second interview was with someone from sales management and lasted for an hour. The recruiter got back to me the very next day with their decision on who got hired.
