Candidate-reported interview process

After applying, I was contacted for a video interview with the recruiter. This was a standard screening interview. Then, I had another video interview with the hiring manager, which was more specific to the job. She seemed really positive and talked like she wanted to hire me. The next day, I was contacted to set up two more video interviews with C-level executives. I made an effort to fit these interviews in, and I think that if an offer isn't likely, the interview process shouldn't go to a fourth round. Also, if you're going to ask a candidate to spend time on four interviews, you should at least show respect by giving a personalized rejection call or email with specific feedback.

I first spoke with a recruiter, then I had an interview with someone who held the same title I was applying for. After that, I was told I'd hear about the next steps soon. A week went by, so I followed up. I was told she'd get back to me. 1.5 weeks after that, I followed up again since the job was posted again. I never heard back after that.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. It included a recruiter chat, a peer interview, a conversation with the hiring manager, and a meeting with a VP. The whole thing took over a month, but that was partly due to my own scheduling issues. It felt like a well-organized company, and overall, it was a good experience.
