The interview process begins with two essay questions. If successful, there's a subsequent virtual interview, though I haven't heard back on the essays yet. The timeline for a response is also unknown.
The interview process was great. I felt very welcome and comfortable. The interviewers seemed genuinely interested in knowing me as a person, which stood out compared to other interviews where they just went through my CV. It felt like a friendly firm that cares about its employees.
Had a tough but enjoyable time. Went through two interviews: one technical and one competency-based. The technical part involved commercial awareness questions, while the competency part focused on situational judgment and skill-based questions. Overall, the assessment centre felt very well-organized.
