I did my application online and then HR asked me for more documents. The first interview was with HR and after two weeks I got the offer for the second interview with the partner of my department.
Two lawyers and an HR person were present. They asked me to talk about myself, my future projects, my ability to speak in a team, how I think my workday is organized, my English skills, and why I like the subject matter.
The selection process consisted of an aptitude interview about my academic path and thesis with junior lawyers, followed by an interview in English with a native speaker lawyer.
