Candidate-reported interview process

It was a chill interview, mostly focused on my CV. Some personal questions popped up, which was a bit of a surprise. I got a callback for a second round, which will include a drafting assessment.

You start with an application and an online assessment test. Then there's a virtual interview, followed by an assessment centre and a final interview for a TC. The recruiters are polite and professional, but the partners can be introverted, sometimes rude and unsympathetic to newbies. The firm hires a lot of people, so you'll be like one of many.

Applied online, then did a virtual assessment, and after that there were two interview questions. I had two minutes to answer each and couldn't re-record. The whole thing took about 1.5 hours and I was really exhausted by the end.
