My overall experience was really good, it was quite a shock at first, I didn't know that I was going to be interviewed by 4 of their partners. But thankfully it went well and it's indeed not my best interview. The questions are mostly basic all tailor made based on my CV. But sadly I didn't hear back from them. Well, if the goal is to experience, everything is a win.
It was really tough. They had us do a case study interview with some deep commercial questions, then a written test, and then an HR interview. They asked about the SPA and were super client-focused. The HR interview was all about competencies.
It started with an online test, then there was an in-person interview with partners and associates. The whole process was quite long, taking about a month between stages. Other than that, it was pretty straightforward.
