I had a first phone call screening before being invited for an interview. After a positive feedback, I had been invited for a second interview which has been positive as well. Afterwards I’ve been contacted for an offer for the PA position.
Very easy process! Each step of the way I was met with clear communication, which is rare to see these days with interviewers. I was also invited to see the office which in the days of covid isn't the norm
The process started with a one hour technical assessment that included design elements and working with legal documents. This was followed by two brief interviews with the hiring manager and department head, where the questions were mostly competency-based. Finally, a background check was conducted.
