A.M. Best Financial Analyst interviews, decoded.

The interview was about 2 hours long. It started with an HR person who reviewed my resume and work history. They gave me some information about AM Best and asked some questions about my skills. Then, I spoke with a Senior Financial Analyst and the Director. It was pretty similar to the first part, with repeated questions, but they also asked more questions about insurance industry knowledge.

I had two interviews for this job, and each time I met with a group of 4-5 people. It wasn't intimidating for me, but I know it can be for others. I received the offer the same day after my second interview.

There were two interviews, both in-person. I met with a lot of people. There wasn't much negotiation after the offer was made. They say they have flexible hours, but really there's a ton of work.
