Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was quite easy for the role. I met a number of colleagues. It wasn't too complicated given the role responsibilities. The process from interviews to receiving an offer was smooth. I accepted it as an interim for a better opportunity.

The interview process was really straightforward. I had a few interviews one after the other. I got a response pretty quickly after applying. First, you chat with HR, and then you talk to the managers of the different positions within the rotational program.

It was pretty laid-back but still professional, overall a good vibe. We had three parts to it. First, I talked to HR and then a manager and a senior analyst. Then, I met with two managing directors. The last part was with two managing directors and one senior director. Everyone I spoke with made a positive impression.
