Candidate-reported interview process

I went through four rounds for this job. First, I talked to the recruiter to see if I was a good fit and to go over the role. Then, I met with the leads to talk about more technical stuff and role specifics. After that, I had a panel interview with some managers to talk about team dynamics and what they expect. Lastly, I spoke with the Director of Support about strategy and if I was a good overall fit. I was really happy with how they communicated and gave feedback all along.

It was a really nice and interactive interview. I felt comfortable with my lead and they gave me space to talk about my experience. They also provided all the necessary info for the role.

The interview experience was amazing! The people I spoke with were really professional, super friendly, and easy to talk to. They made me feel comfortable and I had a good time, which was great.
