Candidate-reported interview process

First, there was a chat with HR. Then, a 2-hour technical interview that included technical questions and hands-on exercises. Finally, I met with a manager to see if I'd be a good fit for the team.

The interview process included a technical test which had 2 or 3 free response questions about a hypothetical situation, an HR interview, and a technical interview. For example, one question was about explaining a bug to someone who just woke up from a long coma.

The overall process was good. There were 3 rounds of interviews, mostly focusing on manual testing questions and basic Java programming. All 3 rounds were onsite and lasted 45 minutes each. They responded about the interview very fast.
